Unlocking User Account

EAM only allows 5 attempts to log into a user's account before the account is locked.

To unlock a user account, the system administrator has to navigate to User Set Up screen.  Search for user needing to unlock.  On the record view screen of the user, the system administrator needs to click on Unlock User button.  If a user is not locked out, then the Unlock User button will not appear on the user's record view screen.
