Entering Tickets into DigitalThinker’s Help Desk (HubSpot)

Register or login to DigitalThinker’s customer portal: https://customerportal.digitalthinker.com/tickets-view

If you have forgotten your username or password, utilize the “Forgot Password” button to reset your account.

The main page of the customer portal will show support tickets that you have entered and the current status of each ticket. To filter your view of logged tickets, click the drop-down arrow next to “status” on the righthand side of your ticket screen.

To Submit a Support Ticket:

  • Click on the “Submit a Support Ticket” tab in the upper right side of your screen. There is a second “Submit a Support Ticket” button at the bottom of your screen. Both options will take you to the Support Ticket creation page.

Note: Category is important. This will determine who your request is routed to at DigitalThinker. Ongoing Support, General Inquiry, and Product Issue will go directly to the DigitalThinker Help Desk Team. Whereas Enhancement Request, Training Request, and Demo Request go directly to the DigitalThinker Sales Team.

  • Complete the required fields on the ticket form. Be as specific as possible to what the issue is or what enhancement is wanted.
  • After completing the required ticket fields, click Submit.

Congratulations!! You’ve submitted a help desk ticket with DigitalThinker! Our team will address your ticket as soon as possible. As the ticket is reviewed and address by our team, you can monitor its progress under the status column on your main ticket page.
